Successful finale for the CUBE Factory Racing Team
The 2024 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup season ended with an impressive finale for the CUBE Factory Racing Team. The riders impressed with strong performances in the final races in Lake Placid (USA) and Mont-Sainte-Anne (Canada), crowning a successful season.
Highlight for Kira Böhm
In the last two World Cups, she won the short track race and took 2nd place and another victory in the cross-country (XCO). She thus secured overall victory in the Women's U23 World Cup in both the short track (XCC) and cross-country (XCO) races. These results give her enough confidence for the switch to the elite class in the coming season.
Strong performances from the U23 riders
The U23 men also finished with excellent results. Luke Moir took third place in the final short track race in Mont-Sainte-Anne, celebrating the biggest success of his career to date. Together with Finn Treudler, who was also consistently strong, Luke Moir finished in the top 10 in the overall World Cup: Finn ended the season in 5th place, while Luke finished 8th.
Successful first year for the team
The CUBE Factory Racing Team's debut year in cross-country was extremely successful. For next season, the team plans to build on these successes and make further progress.
