At the weekend, the riders of the CUBE Factory Racing Team were at the start of the iXS Downhill Cup in Willingen. In the best conditions with sunshine, there were extremely close races on a track that was fast and dry as usual. In the training runs on Saturday morning, the CUBE Factory Racing Team was able to present its dominance with Danny Hart in first place and Max Hartenstern in second. 

On Sunday, too, the top weather ensured a dry and grippy track and thus ideal conditions for race day. After the exciting seeding on Saturday, the riders fought hard for the best time in the final. Danny Hart from Great Britain won the elite men's race with a very small lead of 27 thousandths ahead of his team mate Max Hartenstern. The double victory gives the team the necessary self-confidence for the first UCI Downhill World Cup in Leogang in 2 weeks.
