Dear CUBE customer,

we would like to inform you about a precautionary replacement due to safety reasons. This affects the HPA2000 helmet lamp (Art. No: 93067 & 13979).

In individual cases, malfunctions may occur with the plug-in connection of the battery and the lamp head.

For precautionary replacement, please check the proper function of the plug connection between battery and lamp head.If it doesn’t work properly, please contact your Cube dealer for a precautionary replacement. You can check the function of the battery and lamp head connector in the following way:

Activate your HPA2000 lamp according to the instruction manual. Then move and bend the cables on both sides of the connector. If the light goes out as a result, then it’s likely the product is not operating correctly. Should it not be possible to make a clear assessment of the functionality, please contact your local Cube dealer and ask for a detailed inspection.
