Precautionary Replacement of the left seat stay 2020 Stereo 170

 Dear CUBE Customer,

Please read the following important information about a precautionary replacement measure on safety grounds.

The issue affects the CUBE models Stereo 170 Race, TM and SL from the 2020 model year with the article numbers 356100, 356200 and 356300.

Under certain extreme usage conditions, cracks can form on these models on the weld seam by the brake mount. Further use of the bike can lead to a complete breakage of the left stay.

Please contact your CUBE dealer directly to obtain a replacement (left-hand) seat stay.

We ask for your understanding that we can only provide replacements via CUBE dealers.
