A rare event – like a solar eclipse – can capture the dynamic energy of life better than any words. Mesmerising and mysterious, the hypnotic shift of light and colour on a cosmic scale is what we've aimed to capture with our own Solareclipse paint finish. With its shimmering copper and gold highlights embedded within deep purple and bordeaux tones – and bold black contrasts – it's a visual metaphor for the beauty of the occasional alignment of sun, moon and the big chunk of rock we call home. As light plays on the frame surface, the colour and texture of the finish appears to change too, reflecting a constant state of motion. It's equal parts subtle and bold – a colour that needn't shout to get attention.
