A Reaction 240 Pro ugyanolyan hőkezelt 6061-es alumíniumcsövekből készül, mint amilyeneket a felnőtt kerékpárjainkban találsz. Ugyanezt a mechanikus csőformázási eljárást alkalmazzuk a váz alakításához is, hogy a szilárdság és a súly, valamint a gumi férőhely legjobb kombinációja érdekét szem előtt tartva terveztük a csöveket. Van egy karbonvilla, átütőtengellyel, hogy még több súlyt takarítsunk meg. A tárcsaféktartók és a kábelvezetés nagyobb biztonságot és a tárcsák fékezőerejét teszik lehetővé. A cserélhető váltófülnek hála pedig kisebb balesetek esetén elkerülheted a drága javításokat
