Biniam Girmay triumphs again at the Tour de France

Five days after his historic victory, Biniam Girmay from Team Intermarché Wanty celebrated his second stage win at the Tour de France on stage 8. Wearing the green jersey and riding his CUBE Litening AERO C:68X in matching colours, Girmay dominated the sprint on the uphill finishing straight in Colombey-les-Deux-Églises.

This success was the result of remarkable teamwork, led by Kobe Goossens and Georg Zimmermann. Thanks to his points gains in the intermediate sprints on Saturday and Sunday and his two stage victories, his lead in the sprint classification has grown to 96 points.
