It's not easy to come up with a distinctive new way to decorate a bicycle frame, but that's just what Artline does. Creative, artistic and experimental by design, the entire process was inspired by a desire to make each frame as individual as a fingerprint. With that in mind, our design team began by using a special painting technique on paper. The traditional way, by hand. Fluid and emotive, the graphics evoke the individuality of each rider's experience. They're also a visual link between the manufactured precision of CUBE's design and the organic nature of the world in which they exist. These creations were photographed, imported into editing software and further refined, before being combined to create a fusion of several artworks. To complete the process, every frame is finished by hand, resulting in subtle and distinctive differences that mean every finished Artline bike is unique.
