CUBE KICKSTAND CUBESTAND CMPT

Dear CUBE customer,

A problem has been identified with the height-adjustment bolt on the most recent batch of item #13817 CUBE Kickstand Cubestand CMPT.

The bolt was screwed too tight during factory assembly and is very difficult to loosen.

Please therefore use a conventional 4 mm hex key instead of a T-handle hex key when loosening the bolt as the added leverage enables a better transfer of force.

To prevent rounding off the six-sided recess, please also ensure the hex key is correctly and fully inserted into the bolt head.
